This is both our first Costa Rican coffee, and our first honey processed coffee we've brought into our line up. What we've seen from other honey processed coffees throughout the years are flavorful coffees that are sweet and well-rounded. This one is no different. The end result of this process leaves this coffee sweetly balanced with notes of grape and walnut, with hints of grapefruit. An excellent selection for each morning (or anytime of day) throughout the week.
